About the Role
We are looking for a Product Intern to support the development of GoNimbus, our airline
cargo management SaaS platform. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in product
lifecycle management, working closely with product managers, developers, and external
stakeholders to build, refine, and launch features that enhance operational efficiency for
airlines.
What You’ll Do
● Assist in Product Lifecycle Management – Support the end-to-end product journey,
from concept to launch and beyond.
● Backlog & Roadmap Management – Break down the product roadmap into actionable
components and help track execution.
● Feature Development – Contribute to building features that improve airline cargo
operations and revenue realization.
● Requirement Gathering & Documentation – Work with external stakeholders to
understand business needs and craft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and
product designs.
● Agile Execution & Scrum Participation – Assist in managing sprints, coordinating
with tech teams, and ensuring timely delivery of the product roadmap.
● User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Quality Assurance – Validate product
functionalities, conduct UAT, and provide structured feedback to tech teams.
● Customer Demos & Feedback – Present product demos to stakeholders, collect
feedback, and collaborate on product refinements.
● Product Documentation & Training – Prepare training materials and product
documentation to enhance understanding for both internal teams and external
stakeholders.
● Market & Competitive Analysis – Analyze industry trends, competition, and market
needs to contribute to product improvements.
What You Need to Have
● Education – Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Business, or a related field.
● Previous Experience – Prior internships, academic projects, or work experience related
to product development, working with tech teams, or contributing to product roadmaps
● Technical Understanding – Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, SQL queries, and
UI/UX concepts. Familiarity with how frontend and backend components interact.
● Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to break down complex problems,
analyze data, and provide insights.
● Communication & Collaboration – Strong verbal and written communication skills,
with the ability to articulate product concepts to different audiences.
● Attention to Detail – Ability to zoom in on critical execution details while maintaining a
strategic outlook.
● Agile & Stakeholder Management Exposure – Understanding of product roadmaps,
sprints, and cross-functional collaboration.
● Self-Starter Mentality – Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive
initiatives with minimal supervision.
● Passion for Product Management – Enthusiasm for SaaS, aviation technology, and
problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
