We are looking for a Backend developer with focus on Data integrations to join our team. In this role, you will be
responsible for developing and maintaining integrations to retrieve valuable information from diverse websites and
ensuring that their uptime is high & client SLAs are met. Your focus will be on ensuring accurate data extraction,
adapting to changes in data structures, and troubleshooting issues during the data retrieval process. You must be
passionate to take responsibility and always enthusiastic about learning and finding new ways to do new things.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of robust integrations with various data sources, ensuring high
performance and compatibility.
• Proactively monitor and resolve integration issues with minimal turnaround time to ensure consistent uptime and
reliability.
• Take ownership of SLAs, ensuring all services meet or exceed performance and reliability standards.
• Lead initiatives to reduce error rates, improve throughput, optimize data storage and retrieval, and enhance
monitoring and observability.
• Perform well-defined engineering tasks; doesn’t get caught up in the unknown, works to figure it out, asks
questions
• Actively pursue improving engineering skills, including but not limited to problem-solving, writing
readable/testable/efficient code, mastering technology in our stack, and learning to anticipate scaling issues.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn from mistakes
• Seek to tie projects back to user value & impact for our customers
• Find a work-life balance
• Communicate well with all members of the team
• Alert manager/team to any issues preventing their work from being accomplished and ask for help
Experience &Skills:
• Experience in Development & should have built a project from scratch.
• Should have live projects available to demonstrate
• Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming
• An agile mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Good in analyzing and solving problems
• Passionate to work in a start-up
• Design and implement solutions to extract data from diverse integration sources is a plus.
