Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
Define technical strategy, architecture, and coding standards
Manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and mitigate risks
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams
Maintain code quality, operational excellence, and scalable systems
• Requirements:
8–12 years in software engineering, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Started as Software Engineer/Tech Lead; strong backend and system design skills
Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, testing, CI/CD, and observability
