• Customer Contract Review & Negotiation: SaaS subscription agreements, Master services agreements, Order forms, Statements of work, Non-disclosure agreements
  • Participate in customer legal calls to negotiate key terms
  • Vendor Contract Review & Negotiation
  • Review privacy-related terms in customer and vendor contracts
  • Own and maintain the contract repository and contract management tool
  • Support company secretarial and corporate compliance activities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • LLB with 1–3 years’ experience
  • Qualified CS with strong contract experience (Preferred)
