Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on backend feature development and bug fixes with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Support the development of APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Take responsibility for testing, debugging, and optimizing your own code.
  • Participate in design discussions and contribute to LLD (Low-Level Design) and HLD (High-Level Design) under guidance from senior engineers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of backend development experience.
  • Proficiency in any programming language (Java, Python, Go).
  • Preferred / Good to have: Experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Exposure to system design concepts (LLD/HLD) and architectural discussions.
  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, and Git workflows.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience with SaaS product development.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
