Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of QA strategy and execution, while remaining a hands-on IC.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and guide them on automation best practices.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.
  • Ensure automation test coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to maintain quality across the product lifecycle.
  • Set up and optimize automated testing pipelines within CI/CD workflows.
  • Continuously improve QA processes for scalability and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation.
  • Proficiency in any modern programming language (Java, Python.).
  • Must have: Experience with Playwright or Selenium.
  • Solid understanding of automation frameworks and QA best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and accountability in ensuring product quality.

Good to Have:

  • Experience testing SaaS products or large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Exposure to API testing (Postman/RestAssured).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
